Wondering how to install Halo lights? This guide will help you install new light wells so you can show the world your vehicle’s new look.
Please note that this is a general guide for the installation of hall reflectors. The exact process varies slightly depending on the type of vehicle. For more information on installing Halo lights reflectors in your car model, visit our YouTube channel or Installation Guide with Halo lights Equipment.
We have designed our Halo lights for easy installation even without complicated machinery. One is enough:
Now that you have the tools, it’s time to learn how to install Halo lights and get your car on the road.
Most lights have two Phillips screws that secure the lens to the projector. Some lights may have four screws. Remove everything.
The adhesive gasket that holds the reflectors in the body should seal slowly and evenly.
Before you go to the oven, take a test drive to see how the lights will match your oven. Make sure the reflector is in the center of the oven.
The distance between the top and bottom sides should be the same as the left and right sides. The spotlight must be facing you so that the plastic housing does not come into contact with the metal parts of the oven.
Remove the light and preheat in the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
When the oven is hot, place the reflectors in the center position. Let the reflector “cook” for about 15 minutes.
Keep oven gloves or protective gloves on hand. The glow heats up when it comes out of the oven. Before removing it from the oven, make sure you also have a soft cloth on your desk that you can place over the light.
For this next step, the reflector goes up again, so find a way to protect yourself, ideally protective gloves.
Find the bottom tab on the reflector. Make sure you carefully remove the lens module from your body.
Using a slow, steady motion, gently move your body away from the lens.
The goal is not to put gaskets on the lamp.
Return the tabs to their original position. This will prevent you from having problems with moisture entering the body and damaging the bulbs in the future.

Push the auxiliary body down, then separate the auxiliary body from the lights.
If you want to add extra color to your home, now is the time to do it.
Each ORACLE flashlight has been specially developed for different types of vehicles to ensure that the shape and contour of the rings perfectly match the lights.
Insert the light ring directly into the option housing instead of the light ring. Once the ring is properly aligned, secure it with a piece of masking tape.
Repeat this process for the dark ray.
Then it’s time to make a sticky epoxy that will hold your halide in place. Take the kit that came with the Halo lights box and mix two equal parts of the blue and red vials.
Use a gear applicator to place small epoxies behind the silicone ends of each ring.
Assemble the housing module and lens as before.
Then thread the threads. The inverter cables are routed through the rear parking opening in the body.
The entire collection is now ready to return to the oven (same settings as before) for closure.
When the reflector has finished cooking, remove the protective gloves and place the reflector on a towel.
You need to press on the light to make sure the body is intact. You can do this with your own hands or at home with tools such as a screwdriver. Make sure the body is optional in front of the towel. Press for about fifteen minutes.
Now it’s time to connect the new Halo lights to your car.
First, take the wires connected to the grey rings and connect them to the inverter. Just insert the small plugs of the converter behind the lights.
Connect the red and black wires to your car’s 12-volt power supply. Our recommendation applies to your car’s sidelights, as you can control your halide with a single push of the factory lights switch.
