The Universities in USA are some of the most sought after educational institutions for the international students who are looking forward to quality education abroad. They are world leading in education as well as research. To get into one of these universities, students are required to fulfil some basic requirements.

One of those requirements is the efficiency of the English language. Naturally, when you are going to study at a University that teaches in English, you will require some basic understanding of language. For most of the universities, that criteria would be IELTS and TOEFL Scores. The English Language Institute at the University of Delaware is a substitute for the students who are not at the level of English Language Proficiency that is required for the course they are enrolled in. 5. University of New Orleans

The University of New Orleans has an Intensive English Language Program for the International Students, and students who do not have the English Language proficiency required for some courses can enroll into IELP and fulfil the language requirements without appearing for IELTS and TOEFL. The level to be achieved by international students is more than 70 in the writing module, and 63+ in other modules.
