Currently, she is working for Fox News Channel as the co-host of Outnumbered. She is also often seen on the Gutfeld! which is a late-night talk show. That’s not all! As of February 2023, Emily is working as the host of The FOX True Crime Podcast w/ Emily Compagno on Fox News Radio.

Talking about her judiciary career, Emily has worked as a Senior Judge Judicial Extern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the former judge, John Thomas Noonan Jr. She then served at the Social Security Administration as a federal lawyer.  After passing the Washington bar, she worked in different legal positions in a variety of locations like South Africa, Cape Town, and Rio de Janeiro. After serving a good time in the judiciary, it was in the year 2018 when she started working as a contributor and legal analyst at Fox News.

She was working as a co-host of the talk show The Five and frequently appeared on other talk shows like Gutfeld!—the platform where she used to share her thoughts and legal opinions on the daily news.

It was in 2020 when Emily started hosting a famous show named Crimes That Changed America on Fox Nation. It was in 2021 when she was designated as the co-host of Outnumbered permanently. As of February 2023, she works as the host of The FOX True Crime Podcast which is newly launched on Fox News Radio.
