Currently, she is working for Fox News Channel as the co-host of Outnumbered. She is also often seen on the Gutfeld! which is a late-night talk show. That’s not all! Talking about her judiciary career, Emily has worked as a Senior Judge Judicial Extern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the former judge, John Thomas Noonan Jr. She then served at the Social Security Administration as a federal lawyer.  After passing the Washington bar, she worked in different legal positions in a variety of locations like South Africa, Cape Town, and Rio de Janeiro. After serving a good time in the judiciary, it was in the year 2018 when she started working as a contributor and legal analyst at Fox News.
